Christina Jax
MS, RDN, LDN, CLT, RYT
Christina is the Co-Founder of A4 Health whose professional mission is fueling fun lives and supporting individuals and organizations to achieve optimized health. Combining 20+ years in behavioral and nutrition science Christina’s approach is to make healthy easy and prove the Return on Investment (ROI) for each individual or group she serves!
As a nationally recognized food and nutrition expert, she received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!) and her Masters of Science in Nutrition Education from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL. Christina is also a Certified LEAP Therapist that specializes in food allergies and sensitivities.
Christina has a real-world, real food approach from her broad professional experiences in employee wellness, higher education, sports/fitness industry, medical nutrition, health and wellness food strategy, and communications.
Her favorite part of working with clients is witnessing the power of health changes in relieving symptoms like pain, mood instability, foggy thinking, insomnia, and gut health problems and replaced by increased energy, stamina, mental and physical performance, and a new-found appreciation for nourishing food.
Her favorite part of working with organizations is seeing how the transformation of health goes beyond the company or sports team she is working with. Each new health behavior achieved is shared back into families and communities to broaden the benefit.
Not only a lifelong nutrition nerd (aka registered dietitian), Christina is committed to the mind-body connection of wellness and leads yoga classes as a registered yoga teacher.

Jenna Stangland
MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CLT

others succeed. As the Co-Founder of A4 Health, her personality certainly matches the company philosophy Fueling Fun Lives.
Jenna is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor of science degree in genetics and cell biology, and a minor in leadership. Jenna went on to obtain her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition with
an emphasis on sports nutrition from Ohio State University. During her graduate studies, she worked under the Director of Sports Nutrition to consult with collegiate and recreational runners on enhancing iron absorption through food and improving bone health through nutrition strategies. Additionally, she worked in the medical center on pharmacology research for muscular dystrophy which broadened her knowledge base of how molecular compounds can directly impact muscle breakdown and repair. Her passion for medical science and research is apparent in her presentation of nutrition information -
sharing with individuals how the biochemistry of the human body interacts at the molecular level with the food it is exposed to.
Jenna has experience working for food-based performance nutrition companies across the country to educate on the role of food to enhance healing and performance. Jenna is Board Certified in Sports Dietetics and her work includes building the first-ever nutrition program for the largest physician-owned orthopedic company in the nation. She has been involved with additional sports nutrition consulting work including:
CCM hockey camps for elite and youth hockey athletes around the nation, multiple D3 collegiate hockey programs, Minnesota Dance Medicine Foundation and National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA). She now works as the Team Dietitian for the Minnesota Timberwolves, the sports dietitian for Macalester College and Director of Nutrition for the Minnesota Wild organization. She speaks nationally with sports medicine providers, sports dietitians, coaches, parents and athletes. Jenna strongly believes that through manipulating the diet and nutrient timing, individuals will reach peak performance levels and meet their goals.
chella lamere
RDN, LDN
Chella is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, and a minor in Wellness. She is currently continuing her education there to finish up her Master of Science in Exercise & Nutrition Science, while working as a Graduate Assistant. For her thesis research, she has been exploring the effects of tart cherry juice supplementation and foam rolling in the adolescent swimmer population, thanks to funding from her Cheribundi graduate scholarship.
Chella began at A4 Health as a Dietetic Intern in order to complete her dietetic internship, where she developed nutrition resources mainly for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Wild, St. Cloud State Men’s Hockey, and Macalester College. Before then, she gained sports nutrition experience as a volunteer at the athletic training facility fueling station for North Dakota State University and for the Training Haus - Vikings Lakes, as well as as a Dietetics Undergraduate Research Assistant for mRNA grant funded research at North Dakota State University.
She is thrilled to be a part of the A4 Health team as the Nutrition Resource Manager. She has a niche for hockey sports nutrition, overall nutrition science, as well as staying informed on current nutrition research. Chella is passionate about aiding athletes in maintaining optimal gut health and a positive relationship with food while implementing nutritional strategies to level up their sports performance.
madi veith
RDN, LDN
Madi's nutrition philosophy stands around building a positive relationship with your body and food to help individuals thrive in their athletic endeavors.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Food/Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Science from Concordia College - Moorhead. She will begin her journey to a Master's degree this fall through Concordia University-Chicago, with a focus in Sports Nutrition.
Madi has experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, leveling from high school to Olympic athletes. She has worked for a well-known Orthopedics and Sports Medicine company providing performance nutrition care, medical nutrition therapy, and community outreach for schools within the Twin Cities. Over the last year, she assisted USA Curling through Olympic preparation for Beijing and off-season nutrition support. Also, Madi has experience working within an eating disorder treatment facility that ignited her passion to help others heal their relationship with food and fuel their bodies to compete at their highest potential!
She firmly believes that food is our medicine. By seeing food as enjoyment, fuel, and medicine, nutrition can truly become your ultimate teammate!
Madi's main focus with A4 Health is to serve as the Sports Dietitian at Macalester College to support fueling and nutrition care to all athletes!
