In non-3rd party tested supplements, the labels tell far from the whole story. It may not contain ANY of the vitamins or minerals it claims to contain on its label š
Even if it IS 3rd party tested, a powder will be stripped of the polyphenols, fiber, pantothenic acid & biotin (lost via dehydration), and many other nutrients that are naturally present in fresh vegetables š¤
2ļøā£ Talk about EXPENSIVE! It is far more economical to purchase fruits and vegetables in the store when comparing the micronutrient cost per serving.
